How payment works
The same process for a single consulting session and for a full build.
Pick a package and pay on Stripe's secure checkout — card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Nothing renews unless the package says so, and there are no surprise charges later.
Stripe emails your receipt immediately. We follow up with a kick-off note: the schedule, the owner, and the questions we need answered from you.
You get the deliverable on the agreed date, in writing, together with the source files or the code.
Bank transfer and invoicing: above $5,000, or whenever your finance team needs a purchase order, ask for an invoice — we issue it by email with net 15 terms and start on receipt. Invoices are in USD, and we can supply a W-9 or W-8BEN-E for your records. Prices exclude any taxes or bank charges on your side.
FAQ
Consultation sessions and the audit are refundable in full if you cancel before the work starts. For packages we agree the acceptance criteria in writing before the first sprint — if we miss them, we fix it at our cost. Retainers can be cancelled before the next billing date.
Yes. For anything above $5,000, or whenever your finance team needs a PO, email hello@quorsio.com and we will issue an invoice for bank transfer with net 15 terms. Work begins when the payment lands.
Yes. Stripe checkout accepts international cards and handles the currency conversion. If card payment is not practical in your country, bank transfer against an invoice works just as well.
Yes, for everything listed on this page. If the scope changes mid-engagement we quote the change as a fixed price before touching it — you never get a surprise hourly invoice.
Every online payment produces a Stripe receipt automatically. We can also issue a formal invoice carrying our Wyoming registration details, on request.
